How Much Does it Cost?

Payment is due at the end of each session, unless you wish to buy a course of treatment in advance.

How Long Does Each Hypnotherapy Session Last?
Sessions last between 50 minutes and an hour; except for smoking cessation.
Smoking Cessation is a one off treatment and requires between 90 mins and 2 hours.
How Many Hypnotherapy Sessions Will I Need?
My aim is to use as few sessions as possible to help my clients find lasting solutions and a desirable way forward in their life.
Sessions are usually held weekly and the number you require will depend on the nature of your condition and your own level of motivation.
Specific phobias and panic attacks are often only 3-4 sessions; other stress related issues may take between 6 - 12 sessions. However, each treatment is tailored to each client and will be discussed at the Initial Consultation.
By combining Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) with hypnotherapy, you will be surprised at how quickly you can get your life back on track.
Confidentiality
The code I work with protects the client and their personal information from becoming public knowledge and safeguards their interest in expressing themselves without fear of reprisals from a third party. Situations that oblige me to break confidentiality are if I feel the client is in serious risk of endangering themselves or potentially others, if a child is being abused or if a serious criminal offense has been committed.
Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable and I will be here punctually for your appointments. However, if you are unable to make the appointment I require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation so that I am able to reschedule another client.
All cancellations should be made verbally via telephone (no problem if it goes to answer machine); regrettably email or text messages cannot be accepted.
Same day cancellation, forgotten or missed appointments will be charged.
